If you don't have a domain name, you can buy one from any registrar, for instance at NFrance Conseil. Hebergement-gratuit.com don't sell domain names.
How do I transfer my domain name to your servers? (.com, .net, .org, .info .eu or .be)
Hebergement-gratuit.com will do the DNS configuration. Just enter our DNSs on your registrar's Web site. Hebergement-gratuit.com can't do this for you; i.e. if you can't change your DNSs yourself, you can't use Hebergement-gratuit.com.

Each registrar has a different procedure for changing this information. It is generally done through a Web interface.

There is no POP account, only a default (Catch All) redirection. If you bought your domain name at NFrance Conseil, you will have 20 additional email redirections.

Yes. There are no hidden charges. Hebergement-gratuit.com will never ask for money :-) You will only have to pay the registrar for the domain name.
Are there really no forced ads?
Yes. We think that a service with forced ads is not a free service.
Will there never be any ads?
Yes. Our aim is not to live on free hosting but to sell our other products :-) Your satisfaction is our best advertisement.
Can I insert a revenue-generating advertising banner?
If you want to. It's your Web space; you can insert the banners you like.
Can I register without a domain name; as a sub-domain for instance?
No. Many companies already offer free hosting.
Can I pay by instalments?

Why forbid spam?
For your own good and for our continuity of service: victims of spam can get the IP addresses of servers hosting the spamming sites. These sites are then blacklisted, which means that Internet routers will refuse to transmit their requests and replies. As a result, your Web site will be deactived without notification after the first spam complaint.
10 Mb isn't very much. Can I pay to get more?
It isn't much but it's free. You can exceed this limit by registering for a paying hosting plan on our other sites.

What happens if I exceed the 10 Mb limit while uploading though FTP?
The first file that exceeds the limit will not be accepted by the server. It will remain on your local hard disk but will not be accessible through the Web. You should carefully plan your uploads.
