• Assume editorial liability (legal and penal) for the pages he/she publishes.
• Comply with the rules on Internet content..
• Not to publish erotic or pornographic or unlawful content.
• Act as an individual.
• Guarantee the information sent using the free hosting request form. NFrance Conseil reserves the right to check this information.

Failure to comply with any of the above will result in the closure of the customer account by NFrance Conseil without prior notification, and irrespective of the outcome of any legal action.
Should customer editorial liability be challenged, NFrance Conseil will communicate customer contact information to the appropriate legal bodies.
