The
contract is valid for the period chosen on the customer order. It can
be renewed by the customer. The contract is not subjected to a tacit or
explicit renewal if it is not renewed by the customer on his/her
personal area before the termination date.
NFrance Conseil cannot be held responsible for the loss of data further
to the non-renewal of the contract before its termination date. NFrance
Conseil send an email message to notify the customer of the termination
date. This email is sent to the contact address indicated by the
customer on the initial order or kept up-to-date by the customer on
his/her personal area. NFrance Conseil cannot be held responsible for
the lack of information if the supplied email address is fraudulent or
incorrect. Notwithstanding section 13, particularly
13.2 and 13.3 of the hosting general conditions, if the customer is not
satisfied with the service provided he/she can cancel the WEB1
subscription within 15 calendar days following the order.
In this case, NFrance Conseil will reimburse the amounts paid for the subscription.
Reimbursement terms are available at web1.fr.
The amounts paid by the customer for domain name management (purchase,
transfer, modification, etc.) are not reimbursed.
There will only be one reimbursement per household (same name, same
address) after the refund request form sent by the customer has been
examined. NFrance Conseil has the right to postpone a reimbursement if
there are doubts as to the claimant's identity.
If the claimant did not place the initial order for which a reimbursement is requested, no action will be taken.
