Toulouse Métropole

Personalized support to optimize service quality

Toulouse Métropole has selected NFrance tohost, operate and maintain its outsourced Internet platform. NFrance and Toulouse Métropole have been working closely together since 2015. Toulouse Métropole has a private Cloud infrastructure consisting of virtual servers with cluster architectures for critical platforms, with demanding SLAs. The Metropole's specificity lies in the multiplicity of hosted platforms and their applications: 4D, ASP.net, Django, Jboss, LAMP, Liferay, RoR, Publik, Wordpress, as well as the multiplicity of stakeholders (Digital Department, Communications Department, Webmasters of the various sites required by the Business Departments).

Assignment needs

Initially, the project involved migrating the entire platform and implementing a dedicated Cloud architecture, guaranteeing permanent access to all Toulouse Métropole portals: a package of teleservices and online procedures on the Mon Toulouse portal, as well as access to the city's most visible sites (Toulouse City Hall, Toulouse Métropole, as well as the Museum, Théâtre du Capitole and Rio Loco, for example). NFrance was able to manage all the platforms thanks to close monitoring by a technical project manager and a service manager, who guarantee quality of service, as well as the setting up of a one-stop shop for processing requests, open to all internal and external stakeholders.

As Toulouse Métropole gradually expressed new needs in terms of process security and industrialization, the hosting architecture evolved. NFrance played its role as host / outsourcer, accompanying and advising Toulouse Métropole throughout the progress of these projects.

" These new needs meet the new challenges of increasing change and securing deployments. "
