HOW LONG WILL YOUR DATA BE KEPT?
Your data is kept by NFrance for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with current regulations.

In this respect, data used for canvassing purposes may be kept for a maximum of 3 years from the closure of the User's account or the last contact with the prospect concerned. Customer data is deleted when the retention periods expire.

However, data may be archived for longer periods for the purposes of researching, establishing and prosecuting criminal offences, with the sole aim of making such data available to the judicial authorities, where necessary.

As part of our recruitment management data processing, if you do not request the destruction of your file, the data is automatically destroyed 2 years after the last contact. Only with your express consent can data be kept for longer.

WHERE AND HOW IS YOUR DATA STORED?

NFrance takes every precaution to protect the security and confidentiality of personal data, and in particular to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties.
