NFrance teams ensure the monitoring and security of the processing of your personal data in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What is the RGPD?

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the new European reference text on personal data protection. The RGPD defines a new milestone in securing personal data.

Data processing carried out by NFrance remains strictly associated with its role as host and outsourcer. All NFrance personnel likely to have access to customer data are subject to internal security and confidentiality rules.

As a subcontractor, NFrance undertakes to :
  • Limit the processing of personal data to the sole purpose of carrying out the hosting and facilities management services entrusted to it.
  • Not to transfer personal data to third parties without an explicit request from its customers
  • Obtain the explicit agreement of its customers, in the event that the mission entrusted to it requires the use of subcontractors requiring the transfer of personal data.
  • Implement security standards to provide a high level of security for its Services
  • Notify customers as soon as possible if a data breach is detected
  • Provide support to customers wishing to exercise their rights concerning the management of their personal data

NFrance determines the purposes and means of personal data processing: data for billing purposes, service and performance improvement, commercial management, etc. Consequently, in this situation, it is not the data deposited by customers on our hosting offers that is concerned;

As data controller, NFrance undertakes to :
  • Limit the collection of personal data strictly to the purposes established with its customers
  • Use collected data only for the purposes for which it was collected.
  • Keep personal data only for the purposes for which it was collected
  • Not to transfer data to third parties without customer consent
  • Deploy appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee a high level of security

The guarantor of your data security: the Data Protection Officer (DPO)

To ensure this RGPD compliance, NFrance has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO): Xavier Teyssier (contact-dpo@nfrance.com). The NFrance DPO acts under the authority of and in coordination with the NFrance and Group CISO.

His role is to :

  • Inform and advise its customers and partners as well as NFrance's management, technical teams and other internal departments in order to ensure RGPD-compliant processing of personal data.
  • Monitor compliance with the RGPD
  • Advise NFrance on the possible need to carry out an impact analysis and ensure that the measures deemed necessary are taken into account.
  • Be the privileged point of contact on any element related to the RGPD whether it emanates from NFrance customers or bodies such as the CNIL.
