To cope with the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic, our management has deployed a specific Business Continuity Plan (BCP). It is regularly tested to update functional and technical measures as the context evolves.

A business continuity plan adapted to the health crisis

Following the risk and impact analysis carried out by our teams, management has Confirmed unprecedented organizational measures and processes adapted to the current pandemic context. It is adjusted as the situation evolves. The aim of these measures is not only to protect the health and safety of our employees, but also to guarantee the continuity of our Services.

Key measures implemented

Teleworking for our employees

The majority of our employees work from home. Teams are rotated in order to maintain their availability, even in the event of an intensification of the epidemic, and to continue to provide you with a high quality of service. Telecommuting ensures the continuity of the company's activities and guarantees the protection of our employees in the context of this health crisis.

Travel is deleted

Employees no longer have to travel. Meetings and appointments are now made by Videoconference.

Assured quality of service

NFrance continues to maintain all its customers' digital applications in operational condition.

Setting up a taskforce

A dedicated taskforce has been set up to adapt our action plan to changing circumstances. This taskforce enables us to be more responsive in deploying new measures as the situation evolves.

Documented procedures

All the resources and procedures put in place are listed and documented to capitalize on the experience acquired in this unprecedented context.

Equipment storage

NFrance has a stock of materials sufficient to meet the delivery of projects in progress.
